How many do the caravans sleep ?
The Kingfisher and Oakley caravans sleep 8 people, comprising of one double bedroom, two twin rooms and a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge, and our Sunset View caravan sleeps 6 in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
Are Entertainment passes included?
No Entertainment passes are not included but should you wish to purchase these, we will arrange this for you before your stay. Please note the passes cannot be purchased from the park directly. Passes are priced per caravan not per person and whether the season is Peak or Off Peak.
Are the caravans pet friendly?
All caravans are pet friendly and there is a surcharge of £20 for bringing a dog. 2 dogs maximum.
How close to the amenities are the caravans?
– They are all just a 5 minute walk to the main complex.
How much is the deposit?
£100 is required at the time of booking to secure your dates with the full balance paid 4 weeks before the holiday date. We do accept payment plans should this be of interest to you
Are the caravans near each other?
The answer is Yes. The Kingfisher and Oakley caravans are situated in the same close so are ideal for groups of friends and families who want to be close to each other during your stay. Our Sunset View caravan is also just a 5 minute walk away .

We have 3 luxury caravans available all with sunken hot tubs. 2 of the caravans are situated a few doors apart in the same close which are ideal for larger bookings for friends and family allowing you to spend time together as well as on your own.
Our other caravan is situated on the main fishing lake with a garden and it’s own private fishing peg.
